All DrumMaker hoops are sold as a single hoop, we never force you to purchase a pair.Raw, unfinished 12 ply maple made by Keller in the USA. Front egde of hoop DOES have a nice bullnose already installed for you. Sanded and ready for you to apply finish. All DrumMaker hoops are sold as a single hoop, we never force you to purchase a pair. This hoop has a 1/2in (9/16) inlay groove cut in the center for inlaying a strip of decorative plastic covering. Wood BD hoops will accent the lower tones of a drum, giving a warm, full tone.
