Die Case hoops today can sometime vary slightly in the exact profile of their ears, holes, edge shaping and style across sizes.
These are heavier and offer more mass and tuning hold, compared to flanged models. But larger sizes can flex slightly in handling and shipping. This is normal - just carefully flex them back into round as you are fitting heads.
